Diaphragm Valves
Diaphragm valves are manufactured in a range of configurations to suit a variety of
configurations to suit a variety of reverse pulse filter designs. These sophisticated valves
precisely control airflow through the filters for optimal cleaning. The range now includes
the exciting "next generation" Millennium series which sets a new standard in
performance, design, ease of installation and maintenance economy.
Pilot solenoid valves are used in a revers pulse filter cleaning system to operate the
diaphragm valves from a remote location. Pilot valves can be mounted separately or in
multi valve enclosures.

Multi valve enclosures provided a cost effective and organised method of housing banks
of remote control pilot valves. Our range can accommodate up to 12 pilots in dust/rain
proof and explosion proof configurations.
Cleaning System Solution
As a total system solution provider, a range of components is manufactured to ensure
cost effective and reliable cleaning system design, installation and operation within a
reverse pulse filter.

Within a reverse pulse filter the overall cleaning efficiency and long term performance of
the bags or cartridges are critically dependent upon the control of the cleaning air into the
individual filter bag or cartridge. Our products are produced to exacting tolerances and

Go-Co Software Program
Go-Co program is a sophisticated computer model specifically developed to assist in the
design of effective cleaning systems for reverse pulse filters. Utilising Computational
Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology combined with years of laboratory testing, the value of
this program has been proven through many successful field installations.

Combining the Go-Co computer results with in depth knowledge of cleaning systems,
recommendations can be made regarding the correct valves, nozzles, venturi and
cleaning system controler for all reverse pulse filter designs.
